Learn the "Quick Coherence Technique" for Optimal Well-Being

During a discussion with the executive vice president of Heartmath, Howard Martin, I learned of a brief process whereby anyone can regulate emotions by synchronizing heart and brain to achieve a more balanced and preferred state of being.

It's called the Quick Coherence Technique.

It consists of three simple steps:

Step One: Heart Focus
Step Two: Heart Focused Breathing
Step Three: Heart Feeling.
